KUALA LUMPUR, September 5, 2024 — FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened higher today, reflecting gains seen in the cash market.
As of 9:16 AM, the September 2024 futures increased by 8.5 points to 1,661.5. The October 2024 futures rose 7.0 points to 1,664.0, while the December 2024 contract advanced 6.5 points to 1,667.0. The March 2025 futures also gained, adding 8.0 points to reach 1,654.5.

Trading volume stood at 1,659 lots, with open interest at 46,710 contracts.
