KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 11 — The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures experienced a mostly lower opening in early trading today, mirroring the trends seen in the underlying cash market.
At 9:44 AM, the October 2024 contract decreased by 1.5 points to 1,644.5, while the November 2024 contract shed 0.5 points to 1,648.0. The March 2025 contract slipped by 3.0 points to 1,638.0, and the December 2024 contract remained unchanged at 1,651.5.

The turnover for the day amounted to 1,733 lots, with open interest recorded at 43,479 contracts.
